Browser-Based Storage: All data related to your meeting agenda (slots, times, colors) is stored temporarily in your browser's local memory while you use the add-on.
Data Volatility: Once you close the add-on or the meeting ends, your session data is cleared from memory (unless specifically designed to persist locally on your device for your convenience, in which case it never leaves your device).

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To be explicitly clear, Froot does not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal Identification: Names, email addresses, or Google account details.
Meeting Content: Audio, video, transcripts, or chat logs from your Google Meet sessions.
Usage Data: We do not track how you use the application or send analytics to third-party services.

3. Data Sharing

Since we do not collect any data, we have no data to share with third parties, advertisers, or other organizations.

4. Permissions

Froot requires certain permissions to function within Google Meet (e.g., displaying the side panel). These permissions are strictly used to provide the application's functionality and not to access or extract your private information.
