How do I install Froot?

Froot is available as a Google Meet Add-on. You can install it directly from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Once installed, look for the "Activities" icon (triangle, square, circle) in the bottom right of your Google Meet screen to launch Froot.

Is my meeting data private?

Yes. Froot is a "Local-First" application. We do not store any of your meeting content, audio, or video on our servers. All agenda data lives temporarily in your browser while you use the add-on.

Can I share my agenda with other participants?

Currently, Froot is designed as a personal productivity tool. To share your agenda, you can share your screen during the meeting. We are exploring collaborative features for future updates.

What happens if I refresh the page?

Since Froot uses local storage, refreshing the Google Meet tab might reset your current session's timer and agenda. We recommend avoiding page refreshes during an active meeting if possible.
